NEUX real estate advising was founded in 2020 by Peter Neu when his Greater Seattle practice expanded to Hawaii at a client’s request. Managing three home sales across two states, we achieved a record sales price in West Seattle, sold a hard-to-show vacation rental off-market in Lahaina, and netted a $12M+ oceanfront sale in Wailea/Makena. These transactions involved 4 different brokerages, with NEUX acting as the single intermediary for the client, simplifying deal management so the client could focus on other business. Ever since, whether selling a primary residence or vacation home, or buying for the first time or the tenth, being a trusted partner is at the core of who we are. 

In Washington, NEUX provides direct brokerage services to sellers and buyers in Seattle, Bellevue, and the Greater Puget Sound. For the Hawaii market, NEUX provides direct brokerage services and acts as a ‘broker of brokers’, liaising between clients and local brokers to extract the standards of performance our clients demand.  Peter brings a unique repertoire of talents to the NEUX group including: a proficient mind for data analysis & negotiation, a trained critical eye for aesthetics and design, a creative approach to marketing and branding, and true excitement for how real estate affects the lifestyle we lead.
